Editor’s Note: Now Accepting Submissions From Jamia Faculty and Alumni

We here at Jamia Journal have yet to publish any article by anyone other than a Jamia student from within the Jamia community.

Although we did not place any restrictions on anyone else from within the Jamia community, namely, the Jamia faculty or alumni, neither did we  actively seek their participation.

However, we now feel, the time has come to formally invite submissions from  the wider Jamia community. We feel the voices of Jamia faculty and alumni are equally important on matters related to Jamia.

Therefore, from now on, we are also accepting opinion pieces from Jamia faculty and alumni. However, I like to reiterate, we are accepting submissions only on issues related to Jamia. Whatever the topic maybe, it should have some relevance to the students of Jamia.
